MyFinanceOS AI ("we", "our", "the app") is a personal finance operating system built for individual users in India. This policy describes what information we collect and how we use it.

1. Information we collect

• Account information: email, full name, and authentication identifiers provided at signup.
• Financial data you enter: bank accounts, cash balances, credit cards, income, expenses, transfers, goals, receivables, payables, and recurring bills.
• Usage data: basic technical logs (device, timestamps, error diagnostics) used to keep the service running.

2. How we use it

• To operate the app: display balances, analytics, and AI-generated insights based on your own records.
• To improve performance and fix bugs.
• We do not sell your data. We do not use your personal finance records to train third-party models.

3. Where your data lives

Data is stored on secure managed cloud infrastructure. Row-level security ensures each user can only access their own records. Backups are encrypted at rest.

4. AI Insights

When you request AI insights, a summary of your own aggregated data (never other users' data) is sent to a language-model provider strictly to generate the response. Providers are contractually restricted from using it for training.

5. Your rights

• You can export your data any time using the built-in CSV/Excel exports.
• You can request permanent account and data deletion by emailing info@shreevighnahartaservices.com.

6. Children

MyFinanceOS AI is not intended for users under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children.

7. Changes

We may update this policy. Material changes will be communicated in the app or via email.
